LaunchPad (“the App”) integrates with your Shopify store to automate the transference of order-related data from your Shopify store (“the Store”) to LiftEngine (“the Service Provider”) for the sole purpose of providing further data-related services outside of the Shopify ecosystem (“the Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
Personal Information the App Collects
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account. This data includes:
- The ability to read and write order-related data for the entire history of the store
Once you have installed the App, we continually collect the latest information pertaining to the bullet(s) listed above. We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, including your name and mailing address.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service, to operate the App, and any other service agreed upon between the Service Provided and the organization behind the Store.

Unless indicated to do so by the Store, or the organization behind the Store, or an agent acting on behalf of either of those entities, customer information will not be shared with any third parties.
